Acceptance

Engaging order placement, purchasing catalog items, or scheduling collection services signifies agreement to operational rules, transit conditions, and data handling practices.

Scope of Operations

The platform operates as a cross-border fulfillment service and logistics intermediary, curating traditional Lebanese food products and facilitating independent package transit from Lebanon to UAE residences.

Sender Obligations & Packaging Declarations

• Customers booking family collections affirm that enclosed foods comply with agricultural safety standards, non-hazardous air freight requirements, and regional import rules.

• Fulfillment center personnel hold the authority to inspect external containers to ensure transit integrity and repackage items for flight stability.

• Prohibited items, insecure packaging, or goods posing safety risks may be excluded from transport.

Product Representation

Catalog provisions are largely produced through artisanal or regional community methods. Natural variations in appearance, texture, traditional jar labeling, or color are inherent characteristics and do not represent defects.

Operational Disclaimers

• Operations are not liable for scheduling disruptions resulting from civil transport challenges, air transit delays, inclement weather, or mandatory customs inspections.

• Maximum financial accountability for any individual consignment does not exceed the total transaction amount paid for the affected service.

Amendments & Revisions

Service terms, freight guidelines, and product listings may be modified periodically to reflect carrier requirements, administrative changes, or platform updates. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated policies.

Prohibited and Restricted Items

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that all items requested for collection, packing, shipping, or delivery comply with the applicable laws and regulations of Lebanon, the UAE, and any relevant transit country. 

Customers must not request, provide, or arrange the shipment of any illegal, prohibited, restricted, undeclared, or improperly documented items. Customers are responsible for accurately disclosing the contents of every shipment and obtaining any permits or approvals required by law.

Any consequences arising from a customer's intentional or negligent provision or declaration of prohibited or illegal items may be the customer's responsibility, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Harvest by Elite Farms reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or cancel any shipment that violates applicable laws, regulations, or company policies, and to cooperate with the relevant authorities when required by law.
