When will my order arrive?
We ship from Lebanon every Friday, so you'll have plenty of time to place your order.
If your schedule doesn't allow you to order in advance, you can still place an order by Tuesday of the delivery week for shipment that same week, subject to an additional fee.
How much does shipping cost?
No need to worry about shipping costs, we've got you covered! The shipping fee is already included in the final price.
What is INSTA-LIBAN Pickup?
INSTA-LIBAN Pickup makes it easy to enjoy the homemade food and pantry favourites your family prepares in Lebanon. We collect everything directly from them, pack it with care, keep it cool, and deliver it to you in the UAE with our weekly shipment, bringing a little taste of home closer to you.
Who prepares my order?
Every order is prepared and packed by local women at our collection and packing centre. Each order you place helps create work and income for women in our community.
Can I return my orders?
As our products are food items shipped directly from Lebanon, we cannot accept returns once an order has been delivered.
If your order arrives damaged due to an issue on our part, or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We'll refund the affected item.
Please note that we cannot offer refunds for damage that occurs after delivery while the products are in your care.
